Call our office or fill out the online profile.
One of our agents will discuss our available properties with you. You
will need to prepare a list of your needs, such as price range, geographic area,
number of bedrooms, whether you have pets, etc.

 The agent will email you a detailed report showing you the properties meeting your criteria that
are available.
- Once you review the email and decide which property
you would like to see, arrange an appointment to go and view the different properties
with one of our agents. Always bring a government issued form of I.D. in order
to enter rental apartments.
- Sign and complete the appropriate
application forms and/or contracts for that specific development or property. We will notify you
of your approval/acceptance status (accepted or declined) typically within 48 hours of submission.
- If your application/offer
is approved or accepted, you will be contacted by the property manager, and Student Housing Off Campus
to discuss the closing process. (time period between an accepted contract and you occupying the property).
- Move into your beautiful new home, and don't forget to refer all of your friends and family to us!
