Our leasing agents and property managers work together with you to make the rental process as straightforward and comfortable as possible. To rent an apartment with StudentHousingOffCampus.com

1. Call our office or fill out the online application. One of our leasing agents will discuss our available properties with you. You will need to prepare a list of your needs, such as price range, geographic area, number of bedrooms, whether you have pets, etc.
   
   
2. The leasing agent will email you a detailed report showing you the properties that are available.
   
   
3. Once you review the email and decide which property you would like to see, arrange an appointment to go and view the different properties with one of our agents. Always bring a government issued form of I.D. in order to enter the rental units.
   
   
4. Sign and complete the appropriate application forms for that specific development or property. We will notify you of your approval status (accepted or declined).
   
   
5. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by the property manager, and StudentHousingOffCampus to discuss the lease terms, and to schedule the official lease signing and distribution of keys.
   
   
6. Move into your beautiful new home!
