Q: If I use a rental agent or agency, do landlords charge me more in order to pay your company a commission?
A: Landlords look up to our service to provide them with well qualified tenants. They do not offer any incentives if you were to go to them without an agent, as a matter of fact, many landlords prefer you approach them with a qualified agent.

Q: Is your service really FREE?
A: Yes, we receive compensation from the landlords only, our well trained rental assistants are paid a commission by the landlord only when and if you sign a lease on a property that they show you.
